FTX Vans RV4 Released
Yesterday in the FTX / Orbx forum, it was announced that the Vans RV4 has been released for FSX and P3Dv2.
From the FTX forum about the aircraft:
"The “Vans” range of kit built aircraft was founded in 1973 by Richard VanGrunsven and is the second aircraft from Orbx. The Vans has been faithfully re-created by the developer of the Lancair, Jared Charalambous. The RV-4 is an all-rounder that is very capable at aerobatics and long distance flights. Due to its design, the Vans RV 4 is a very light and manoeuvrable airplane, a feature that most of you will no doubt put to the test. The cockpit has been faithfully reproduced, with a complete advanced multi page electronic flight information system and 3D night lighting. Also included is an engine, electrical and system maintenance interface which can be accessed within the sim, so every system is fully programed with random failures as well as cumulative usage wear and tear." - Adrian Lehmann

Just can not catch a break....
For some reason, this year has been against me from the start. From a death in the family, to some major medical issues, some financial challenges, and finally a computer that has to be rebuild.
That sounds like just about everything. So, at the moment. I have very limited access to posting because of my computer not wanting to play fair. I have ordered some parts, and have others on back order. As soon as I have all the bits and pieces put together, I will be able to start posting on a somewhat regular schedule. Till then, I will do what I can, when I can.... At the moment, I can only get my computer to run for about 5 minutes before it overheads and dies.

We will be returning soon!!
Due to some drawn out medical issues, and other personal issues, FSB has not been active for the past several months. (except randomly on Facebook). I do plan on returning to active posting again soon. I also know that the flight sim arena is just to big for me to attempt this on my own; with that said, I am wanting to ask the flight sim world for some help.
Anyone that is interested in assisting me with this blog, please send me an email. The only thing that I am looking for is someone that can write brief information about new and updated products, and has a passion about the flight sim world and real world aviation (FSX, Xplane, P3D, FS9, and any other programs out there).

** Visually the CS 777 Captain Series is very nice. However, at this time I do not suggest purchasing this aircraft until CS can work out a lot of bugs in the system, and actually produce a complete base pack. The only way I would suggest buying this aircraft is if they have another one of there sales. Otherwise, stay away for a while.
